Payment & Refund Policy

Payment for classes should be made in full prior to the second (2) class of the term in your registered dance or fitness class. We’re pleased to accept the following methods of payment for your convenience;

  • Cash
  • Debit
  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
You can also make online payments through PayPal ($5.00 convenience fee will be added at checkout), or through Interac E-Transfer to corporate@wildlilydancecentre.com once your registration is reviewed and you have received your confirmation email. Please include 13% for HST charges, and where passwords are needed to be set in order to complete transactions, please use Wild Lily’s postal code (without spaces or hyphens – ).  If you have questions about your total account balance, or methods of online payments please email corporate@wildlilydancecentre.com for an invoice and instructions.

If fees are not paid prior to the start time of the second (2) class, there will be a $5.00 (weekly) late fee per week outstanding. If fees are not paid in full by the start time of the third (3) class, attendance and participation in the class will be restricted until the fees are paid in full, in addition to any late fees accumulated. If you wish to unregister for a class, you should send an email to classes@wildlilydancecentre.com prior to the start time of the second (2) class of the term.  Registration in future classes and workshops at Wild Lily Dance Centre will be restricted until your account balance is paid in full. Please note that any fees paid prior to a request to unregister will not be refunded under any circumstance.

All payments are final. Absolutely no refunds will be given for any circumstance (including, but not limited to; change of mind, change in financial situation, change in personal schedule, or dissatisfaction with classmates or ability after the first day). Under extreme medical conditions we may transfer your payment to another class or another term, at the discretion of the Instructor and the Directors. Requests for transfers for medical reasons must be accompanied by a note from a physician indicating the request to withdraw from the activity, the reasoning, and an anticipated time frame that the injury will affect your participation in the classes. Before you are permitted to register for classes again, you must present a note from a physician (preferably the same) stating that you are cleared for participation – a new waiver must be signed at that time.

Wild Lily Workshop Registration Policy

On occasion Wild Lily offers workshops on various topics, or hosts a guest instructor to hold workshops in the studio. Your registration for these workshops is not complete without payment in full, and your seat may be lost to another student up until your fees are paid. For this reason it is recommended that payment be made at the time of signup or as soon as possible thereafter. We can accept all of the payments as listed above.

Registration for these workshops are final. If you have signed up for a workshop and wish to unregister you may do so up to 3 days before the scheduled date and time, beyond this date all fees are your responsibility. All payments are final and cannot be transferred to a future workshop or class. Absolutely no refunds will be given for any circumstance (we really do mean zero circumstances).

Wild Lily Dance Centre Inc. reserves the right to collect unpaid account balance as necessary by any means necessary including, but not limited to, by way of legal action.

Attendance & Missed Classes Policy

You are responsible for your own attendance in classes. Credit will not be awarded for missed classes; however, should you miss a class for a legitimate reason, you should talk to your instructor to discuss joining a similar class as make up for your absence. Should no suitable class be available for you to substitute or join, Wild Lily will not refund or credit your account for the amount of the missed classes. If you anticipate missing a class or two, please talk to your instructor beforehand to discuss homestudy and practice exercises to do during that time, as well as requesting any handouts that may be passed around the class during your absence.

You should arrive at the studio 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start time of your class ready to begin. If you are late or delayed and miss the warm up portion of the class, you may be asked to sit the class out, but you are encouraged to stay and take the class in from the edge of the room. Likewise for lack of proper attire or footwear (for safety reasons only).

Cancelled Classes

Should a class be cancelled due to instructor illness, inclement weather or reasons that are beyond Wild Lily’s control, there will be a make-up class scheduled at the end of the term. In the event that additional makeup classes cannot be scheduled due to semester end dates and showcase conflicts, there will be a refund for the canceled classes, at Wild Lily’s discretion.  You can check for updates through our Notices section of our main page, on our Facebook page, and (when possible) through your registered email. When in doubt, feel free to email either the studio (info@wildlilydancecentre.com) or your Instructor.
